Taipei, Aug. 31 (CNA) The Legislative Yuan passed at 1:12a.m. Thursday third reading of a special budget proposed by the Cabinet for a major infrastructure development plan.
The Cabinet proposed "forward-looking infrastructure development" budget makes a cut of about 1.85 billion from the originally allocated NT$108.90 billion for phase one of the public infrastructure program from September 2017 to December of 2018.
