Formosa Association of Student Culture Ambassadors(FASCA)-Washington DC launched a charity food donation activity in mid-October. Led by advisory teachers David Tang and Tung Shu-yuan, volunteers collected over 700 food items weighing more than 550 pounds from schools including Washington DC Taiwanese Language School, Washington School of Chinese Language and Culture, Kuang Chi Chinese School, and Northern Virginia Experimental Chinese School. The donated food will be handed out to needy families on the eve of Thanksgiving.
