Formosa Association of Student Culture Ambassadors (FASCA) - Orange County Chapter held the HELLO TAIWAN Friendship Ambassador Lunar New Year Party on January 9 at the Culture Center of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Los Angeles (Santa Ana). At the event, HELLO TAIWAN CEO Ming Chiang shared his experiences of promoting citizen diplomacy and encouraged members to get involved in community activities to take Taiwan’s values into mainstream US society and enhance Taiwan’s links with the world. HELLO TAIWAN is a trademark jointly built by the people of Taiwan and often holds cultural activities in the US and other countries to display Taiwan’s existence to the world with soft power. In 2022, HELLO TAIWAN will continue promoting and sponsoring various activities including the NBA G League Long Island Nets Lunar New Year Basketball Tournament and the Passport to Taiwan Festival in New York in February.
