A quarter of Taiwan's top emergency hospitals are running out of beds, after a recent cold snap pushed up the number of heart attacks. That comes just as the country faces another surge in COVID-19 cases, and days before authorities are expected to relax COVID restrictions around face masks and border entries. And we take a look at where Taiwan sits in the geopolitical tussle for technological supremacy in chips between the United States and China. Also:
