"All That Remains (遺留)," a short film that blends contemporary theater and 360-degree virtual reality, by Taiwanese modern theater group Riverbed Theatre (河床劇團) was awarded the Best Immersive Experience Award at Luxembourg City Film Festival.

Bettina Steinbrugge, who is the judge of the festival and the director of Mudam, the Contemporary Art Museum of Luxembourg, said that the film cleverly utilizes its settings to guide the audiences' gazes and attention, emphasizing the concept of existence. In addition, the grand artistic techniques and spatial design also lead the audience into an intimate and mysterious theatrical realm, which is considered the best use of virtual reality.

According to the press release issued by Riverbed Theatre, Yu Yu-hsin (游育歆) and Ollie Huang (黃致愷) are the main cast of "All That Remains," combining the unique camera language of VR films and the intimacy of "Just for You Project (開房間計畫)."

The film's director Craig Quintero (郭文泰) hopes that through "All That Remains," audiences will be able to take a moment to step out of reality to experience a period of escape and gain a profound new perspective on life.

Riverbed Theatre's "Just for You Project" in 2011 featured a unique one-on-one performance format that broke down the barriers between audience and performers, providing intimate, sensory-driven interaction with the audience. The project won the top 10 Performing Arts Award at the 2011 Taishin Arts Awards and was invited to perform in venues such as the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Taipei Fine Arts Museum.

Established in 1998, the Riverbed Theatre is devoted to the creation of "Theater of Images," a type of performance that relies on visual and physical elements to communicate ideas and emotions to the audience, immersing the audience in a dreamlike state.
