The U.S. and China have agreed to lower trade tariffs against each other after two days of high-level talks in Geneva. South Korea has detained two Taiwanese nationals for illegally entering and filming at the U.S. military's Osan Air Base. And Taiwan's Mainland Affairs Council is investigating a religious group from China, suspecting their visit to Taiwan was a guise for promoting unification.
