Five people affiliated with Taiwan's main opposition party have been indicted on suspicion of forging recall petition signatures. U.S. and Taiwanese defense companies showcase their sea drones in eastern Taiwan. U.S. President Donald Trump signs a joint statement on the Middle East at the G7 summit before his early departure. Plus:   

-Taiwan's opposition parties have declined President Lai Ching-te's invitation to attend a national security briefing.  
-Taiwan's currency strengthens against the U.S. dollar, hitting a three-year high.
