Taiwan’s gross national wealth reached a record US$10.4 trillion by the end of 2024, driven largely by a surge in the stock market. Household wealth also increased significantly, with securities holdings rising by more than 20%. The gains highlight the growing impact of AI-driven industries on Taiwan’s economy.
