Paraguayan President Santiago Peña received military honors in Taipei on the second day of his state visit. Peña was welcomed with a military parade, a 21-gun salute and an honor guard ceremony outside the Presidential Office. His visit comes as Paraguay faces growing diplomatic pressure from China.
