A new climate report says Taiwan could be facing seven-month-long summers and more extreme weather conditions, and the authors of the study are calling on the government to do more to prepare. Taiwan's military reported 23 Chinese warplanes around the country after a U.S. warship passed through the Taiwan Strait.
