The Taipei Cultural Center (TCC) in New York is collaborating with the Triangle Arts Association (TAA) to select one Taiwanese artist to participate in a 3-month residency from Mar. 1 to May 31, 2025 in Dumbo, Brooklyn, New York City.
Founded in 1982 by British sculptor Anthony Caro, the Triangle Arts Association is a renowned art residency organization based in New York. The association holds quarterly art residency programs, with 4 artists chosen each time to reside in Dumbo, Brooklyn, an artistic neighborhood with many of Brooklyn’s galleries and art studios nearby.
During the residency, TAA will provide private studio space and professional conversations and critiques as well as open studio events. There will also be occasional opportunities for the artists to meet with representatives of arts and cultural institutions and curators in the New York area.
