Taiwan has launched voluntary Ebola screenings at its four international airports in response to rising cases abroad. Health officials are advising travelers returning from the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda to take a blood test on arrival, while authorities have also issued a 90-day entry ban on nationals from both countries.
