Foreign Minister Lin Chia-lung is leading a business delegation to Taiwan's Central American allies of Belize and Guatemala. There, they will visit some of Taiwan's infrastructure projects in the countries and meet business representatives from the green energy, smart transportation and biotechnology sectors.
