The U.S. suspends delivery of parcels from China and Hong Kong as a trade war between the two superpower rivals heats up. U.S. President Donald Trump says his country could take control of war-torn Gaza and proposes the permanent resettlement of displaced Palestinians in neighboring countries during a visit by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. And Taiwan's opposition Kuomintang launches a retaliatory recall campaign against ruling Democratic Progressive Party politicians, after nearly two dozen petitions to oust KMT lawmakers were filed earlier this week.
