Taiwan's Chung-Shan Institute has partnered with American startup Shield AI to complete a fully autonomous search mission with three domestically produced drones. The UAVs covered their own search areas, coordinated maneuvers and landed without human piloting, with the institute now planning to roll out the technology more broadly across Taiwan's drone fleet.
