A year after a barrier lake collapsed leading to deadly flooding that devastated parts of Hualien County in eastern Taiwan, recovery efforts, including the restoration of vegetation and farmland, are still underway. A drone-led reseeding project and farmland reclamation aim to get things back to the way they were.
